THE RECEPTION
Open and reachable by phone 7 days a week, from 9am to 9pm.

We are a small, independent establishment and we do not have a night watchman.
An emergency telephone is available in the hotel reception, as well as an emergency number to contact outside of the establishment's opening hours.
LOST OR DEMAGNETIZED CARD AT NIGHT: no problem, the emergency number to call in reception will give you access to a code to retrieve an emergency key card.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Access to your room from 3pm.
Check-out from room before 11am.
A key box is provided in the reception area for you to leave your room key card in on the day of your departure.
DELAYED DEPARTURE
You can have the room until 2pm with an additional charge of €40.
Beyond 2pm, we will charge for an additional night at the current daily rate.
WIFI
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi internet access. To connect, simply go to the "wifipass" network. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to enter the login and password provided upon your arrival at the hotel.
The codes change once a week - you will find the new codes in the hotel reception.
WELLNESS AREA
Located on the ground floor, at the end of the reception corridor, our wellness area is accessible to all hotel guests, without reservation.
Access is simply via your room's magnetic card.
A basket containing towels for use in the wellness area is available in your room. Please use them only within the hotel.
Opening hours:
Jacuzzi: from 9am to 8pm
Hammam and sauna: from 3pm to 8pm
For your comfort and safety, please follow the instructions displayed at the entrance to the wellness area.
BIKE STORAGE
We have a secure bike storage area at the rear of the hotel.
Ask reception for the room code.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our accessible room for people with reduced mobility (number 1 on the ground floor) is customized to adapt to any physical disability, featuring a spacious bathroom without a bathtub, a shower room accessible to wheelchairs, a shower seat, a sink at wheelchair height, and safety barriers.
ADAPTERS
You can obtain electrical adapters or cables at the hotel reception.
ANIMALS
We gladly accept pets in the room (dog, cat, squirrel, horse or alligator of any kind).
An additional charge of €12 per day per animal will be applied.
LUGGAGE
We can store your luggage in our secure luggage room or at the hotel reception.
BABY
Don't hesitate to ask at reception for anything you need!
We can provide you with a fully equipped travel cot at a rate of €15 per night.
LIBRARY
A traveler's library is available in the dining room. It boasts a wide selection of novels and books of all kinds! Make yourself at home and borrow one for the duration of your stay.
LAUNDRY
A laundry service is available on request during cleaning hours (8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
You will be charged €30 per machine. An express service (less than 1 hour) may incur a 50% surcharge.
ATM
An ATM is available at the post office on the Place de l'Élise and is accessible from 9am to 11am from Monday to Saturday.
DOCTOR
We are located in a rural area; therefore, for any medical emergency, we advise you to call the SAMU (French emergency medical service) at 15 or 112 (European emergency number). Emergency services are available in the towns of Manosque and Digne-les-Bains.
GAMES
Board games are available in the restaurant area and in the library.
A pétanque court is accessible at the rear of the hotel; you will find pétanque balls at reception.
A communal playground is located below the village castle next to the hotel.
SHOE KIT
A shoe polisher is available in the hotel lobby, perfect for cleaning soles after returning from Martel!
PHOTOCOPIES
A photocopying service is available on request at reception at a rate of €0.20 per A4 page or €0.40 per A3 page.
EMERGENCY & DEFIBRILATOR
A first aid kit is available upon request at reception.
A defibrillator is available to everyone in the hotel lobby.
